Why choose Online Registration over Paper?

It's secure. It's convenient. It's quick. It's easy. You will receive an email receipt of your registration.

Notes:

• All Fall 2011 registrations received after June 13th are charged a $20 late fee (except for Pee-Wee soccer registrations - no late fee for Pee-Wee).
  
• Online Registrations for Fall 2011 after June 13th are only accepted in brackets that are not filled and where spaces are still available.
  
• All Spring 2012 registrations received after November 14th are charged a $20 late fee (except for Pee-Wee soccer registrations - no late fee for Pee-Wee but space is limited).
  
• Online Registrations for Spring 2011 after November 14th are only accepted in brackets that are not filled and where spaces are still available.
  
• All players are placed in age brackets for the season based on their age as of August 31, 2011. Players must be at least 5 years old by 8/31/2011 to register for the Fall11 and Spring12 seasons. (Pee-Wee Division players must be at least 4 years old by 8/31/2011)
  
• The FYSA Parent's Guide can answer many of the questions you may have about the FYSA program and the different divisions offered. If you can't find your answer here, please do not hesitate to contact us.

U5: 9/1/2006 - 8/31/2007 (Pee-Wee)
U6: 9/1/2005 - 8/31/2006 (Instructional)
U7: 9/1/2004 - 8/31/2005 (Instructional)
U8: 9/1/2003 - 8/31/2004 (Instructional)
U9: 9/1/2002 - 8/31/2003 (Academy)
U10: 9/1/2001 - 8/31/2002 (Academy or Travel)
U11: 9/1/2000 - 8/31/2001 (Academy or Travel)
U12: 9/1/1999 - 8/31/2000 (Academy or Travel)
U13: 9/1/1998 - 8/31/1999 (Academy or Travel)
U14: 9/1/1997 - 8/31/1998 (Academy or Travel)
U15+: born before 9/1/1997 (Masters Academy) or (Travel in spring only)

Paper Registration

Paper registrations will be accepted, ONLY if one of the following applies:

• you can not access the internet
• you do not have a Visa or Mastercard
• you are in need of financial assistance
• you are registering as a late registration and registration is already closed or waitlisted

Please complete all sections of the registration form, and mail in both pages along with a check, or drop it off at the FYSA office.
